Sarah Condra hit a jumper with one second left to give Franklin a 63-61 win and hand Hanover its first loss of the season after 12 wins.
The Grizzlies led 49-39 midway through the second half and 60-52 after a jumper by Monica Schwab with 5:02 left before Hanover rallied to tie the game at 61-61. But Franklin took, and made the last shot.
Greensboro withstood a challenge to its unbeaten but unranked season, improving to 12-0 with a 76-71 win against Ferrum. The Pride trailed briefly in the second half before Nikki Wilborn hit a three to give Greensboro the lead for good. Wilborn finished with 19 points, including hitting five of six free throws in the final 29 seconds.
Dana Thompson shot 11-for-15 from the floor en route to a double-double, scoring 28 points and pulling down 14 rebounds as No. 12 UW-Whitewater beat UW-Oshkosh 65-57. No. 25 St. Vincent won for the seventh consecutive game, defeating Waynesburg 73-64. It was the Bearcats' fourth win in four outings since the death of coach Kristen Zawacki.
UW-La Crosse missed its first nine shots of the game and trailed 11-0 but came back to beat UW-River Falls 62-48. Four players scored in double figures as No. 15 Lebanon Valley beat Lycoming 71-51. It's the Dutchmen's ninth win in a row after an early-season loss to Gallaudet. Gallaudet moved to 12-0 after beating outmanned St. Elizabeth 65-53.
