No. 15 NYU went on a 20-0 run in the first half and went on to roll past No. 4 Chicago on the road 75-66 on Friday night. Jessica McEntee scored 23 points and pulled down 20 rebounds as the Violets improved to 16-1.
Stephanie Ryba scored 16 points and Adrienne Rochetti added 13 for NYU. The Maroons (16-1) were led by Nicaya Rapier and Nofi Mojidi, with 16 points each. NYU travels to Wash U. on Sunday while Chicago faces No. 17 Brandeis, which lost 69-50 at re-awakening Wash U.

The Carnegie Mellon women snapped a 52-game UAA losing streak with a 77-66 win against Emory. It's the Tartans' first win in UAA play since Feb. 9, 2003, at Emory.
NYU's 24th-ranked men were unable to complete the sweep, falling at Chicago 62-60. The Maroons, at 14-3, appear destined for the Top 25 if they can win at home against Brandeis on Sunday. Millsaps remained tied for first in the SCAC with a 79-67 win against Centre.
In a late final Willamette avenged a triple-overtime loss from earlier this season, sinking No. 13 Puget Sound 119-108. The Bearcats shot a mind-boggling 69.8% from the field (37-for-53).
