The Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference has the top three teams in the latest NCAA regional rankings, and only two can reach the conference championship game. Those two are UW-Eau Claire and UW-Stevens Point after UW-Whitewater, ranked No. 4 in the nation and No. 1 in the region, was knocked off 79-71 in the semifinals on Thursday night by UW-Stevens Point.

Rachael Quiring's three-pointer with 19 seconds left broke a 51-51 tie and helped No. 11 Baldwin-Wallace hold on for a 56-51 lead against Capital in the Ohio Athletic Conference semifinals. Third-seeded Wilmington handled seventh-seeded Mount Union easily to reach the title game. The Old Dominion Athletic Conference tournament got underway Thursday, with top-seeded Virginia Wesleyan advancing easily, as did Randolph-Macon.
Stacie Roshon led all scorers with 24 points as Occidental advanced, along with La Verne, to the SCIAC championship. Albion will get a third crack at No. 1 Hope after each won their MIAA semifinals handily.
