&&g-boxr&&As the No. 1 team in the country, Illinois Wesleyan is most certainly looking forward to this year�s tournament. And now the Titans can look forward to the next two tournaments because the Division III championship committee approved Illinois Wesleyan�s bid to host the women�s Division III basketball championships at the Shirk Center in 2010 and 2011.

As in 2008, this season�s Final Four will be hosted by Hope at the DeVos Fieldhouse in Holland, Mich. Previous women�s championships were hosted by Springfield (2006, 2007), Virginia Wesleyan (2004, 2005), Rose-Hulman (2002, 2003) and Western Connecticut State (1999, 2000, 2001).

Before 1999 the championship weekend was hosted by a participating school.
