Williamstown, Mass. was a tough place to be a highly ranked team this weekend. One day after the third ranked Williams men lost at home to Salem State, No. 5 Babson was beaten by the Williams women, 61-39.

Williams built a 15-point halftime lead over Babson and maintained that double-digit advantage the rest of the way. Babson only made 14 of 64 shots (21.9 percent) compared to the Ephs' 40 percent (20-for-50). Williams' Claire Baecher finished one block shy of a triple-double (14 points, 10 rebounds, nine blocks). The loss is Babson's first in the regular season since January 4, 2010.

Millikin caught fire from behind the arc and was cold blooded from the free throw line in a 78-73 win over No. 20 UW-Whitewater. The Big Blue made five of its eight three-point attempts in the second and Julia Roberts converted five of six free throws in the game's final 17 seconds. The two teams combined for 59 turnovers.

In men's action, NYU rallied late to edge Baruch 60-59. Bluffton outlasted Rust 97-94 in triple overtime.
