Brian Niemuth's Simpson team has won 20 games 13 times in the past 15 seasons. In the other two seasons, Simpson won 19 games.

Kate Nielsen scored a game-high 21 points on 8-for-14 shooting and Brooke Panzer went 6-for-7 en route to 14 as Simpson defeated Loras 75-62, getting Brian Niemuth his 500th career win.

Simpson has lost just 194 games in Niemuth's 26 seasons, including just one this season as the Storm improved to 22-1. Simpson's only loss was by two points to Amherst. 

UT-Dallas handed No. 17 Louisiana College its first conference loss of the season, beating the Wildcats 72-72 in overtime. Jo'Anna Davis drew a foul with three seconds left and broke a 72-72 tie with a pair of clutch free throws to complete the upset for the Comets, who fell three points behind twice in the extra session.

Colleen McMahon scored 31 points on 12-for-21 shooting, including the game-winning layup in overtime as Illinois Wesleyan handed No. 25 Carthage its first CCIW loss, 76-75. Michelle Wenzel led the Lady Reds with 22 points and 15 rebounds off the bench.

Emily Travis scored a game-high 17 points and Kayla Johnson and Lauren Picha added 13 apiece as Whitworth knocked off No. 18 George Fox 66-59. Messiah had four players in double figures and the starters combined for 50 points in a 55-48 win against Lebanon Valley. Taylor Miller led the No. 10 Falcons with 12 points, while Chelsea Daniel had 11. Caitlin Bach led No. 19 Lebanon Valley with 11 points and 17 rebounds.

Scranton cut a big first-half deficit down to five early in the second half, but could not complete the comeback, falling to No. 13 Catholic 69-52. No. 1 DePauw donned its pink uniforms in recognition of breast cancer awareness and dispatched Oberlin 71-46. The Tigers, who were led by Alex Gasaway's 16 points, improved to 23-0. 

UW-Whitewater clinched a top-two position and a first-round bye in the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference tournament as the Warhawks defeated No. 24 UW-Superior 82-66. Courtney Kumerow scored 29 and added 17 rebounds in the win. Superior fell to 18-6, 10-5 despite 21 points and seven rebounds from Sally Linzmeier.

Merchant Marine scored the last eight points of the game to rally past Juniata 73-70, beating the Eagles for the first time in program history. Tamara Kaileh scored a career-high 24 points on her Senior Day for the win. Hannah Coley poured in 33 points and Trinity (Texas) shot 62 percent from the floor in defeating Southwestern 101-89. Trinity improved to 18-4 and 12-0 in the SCAC.

Eastern Mennonite won its 10th consecutive game and snapped Guilford's 11-game streak as the Royals took the battle of runaway ODAC leaders 54-47. St. Benedict missed 13 of its first 14 shots and St. Thomas dominated the boards to beat the Blazers 65-46 and pull back into a tie for second place in the MIAC.
