Jostens Trophy finalists announced

The Salem (Va.) Rotary Club announced 22 finalists for the prestigious Jostens Trophy. The Trophy is awarded annually to one men's and one women's Division III basketball player based on their athletic performance, academic achievements and community service.

The following finalists were selected based on the Salem Rotary Club's review of nominations.

The 2020 winners were Kena Gilmour of Hamilton and Sydney Kopp of DePauw.

The 22 finalists will now be reviewed by the Jostens Trophy National Selection Committee. The 27-person committee is composed of men and women from across the country. The committee features current and former athletic administrators and head coaches, past Jostens Trophy recipients, and select members of the Division III media. The committee will spend the next two weeks reviewing the nominees with the aim of announcing the two winners on Thursday, March 24.
